2. Webinar & Conference Attendance
Join the webinar at least 10–15 minutes before the scheduled start time.
Participants should use their registered email address while joining.
Ensure a stable internet connection and suitable audio/video devices.
Keep microphones muted unless invited to speak.

3. Professional Conduct
Treat all speakers, organizers, sponsors, and participants with respect.
Harassment, discrimination, or inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated.
Participants should maintain professional and ethical standards throughout the event.

4. Presentation Guidelines
Presenters must submit their final presentation before the specified deadline.
Presentation content should be original and free from plagiarism.
Presenters are responsible for obtaining permissions for copyrighted materials.
Time limits assigned by the organizing committee must be strictly followed.

5. Abstract & Paper Submission
Submitted work must be original and unpublished.
Authors are responsible for the accuracy of all submitted information.
Any detected plagiarism may result in rejection or removal from the program.
Meghaz Online reserves the right to review and evaluate all submissions.

6. Recording & Media
Webinar sessions may be recorded for educational and promotional purposes.
By participating, attendees consent to the use of recordings, screenshots, and photographs.
Unauthorized recording or redistribution of event content is prohibited.

7. Certificates
E-certificates will be issued to eligible participants after successful participation.
Certificates will be sent to the registered email address.
Name corrections must be requested within the specified period.

8. Sponsorship & Exhibitors
Sponsors and exhibitors must comply with all event policies.
Promotional materials should be relevant and professional.
Meghaz Online reserves the right to refuse inappropriate content.

9. Privacy Policy
Participant information will be used only for event-related communications.
Personal data will be handled in accordance with applicable privacy regulations.
Contact details will not be sold to third parties without consent.

10. Disclaimer
Meghaz Online reserves the right to modify schedules, speakers, or event formats if necessary.
The organizers are not responsible for technical issues beyond their control.
Participation in any event implies acceptance of these guidelines.
